fix(lspinfo): normalize fname path correctly (#2343)
* fix(lspinfo): normalize `fname` path correctly
* fix(lspinfo): fallback to `fnamemodify` and `resolve` if file doesn't exist
* fix(lspinfo): normalize Windows slashes and handle double separators
* nit(lspinfo): use aliases
