feat: improve emmylua_ls #4423
Problem:
`emmylua_ls` is emerging as the preferred Lua LS for Neovim, but the
config provided by nvim-lspconfig is almost useless.
Solution:
Update the config to provide hints similar to that of `lua_ls`.
