feat(jdtls): use the resolved workspace directory name as the -data directory (#504)
This will use the directory name of the resolved root_dir (`:h
lspconfig-root-dir`). If no root_dir is found (e.g. single file
mode), neovim's current directory is used.
Resolves #501.
