fix(predicates): remove upstreamed predicates and directives
Problem: Overriding upstreamed predicates replaces optimized versions on
Nvim 0.11.
Solution: Now that nvim-treesitter requires Nvim 0.10, simply remove the
upstreamed predicates and directives.
