Subject: fix(docs): docgen.lua reads from `lua/*.lua` #3708

Problem:
Since configs now live in `lsp/`, the docgen needs to be updated.

Solution:
Read the configs from `lsp/`. Parse the `@brief` docstring to get the
docs.
